Maven Jameica Plugin 1.0

Finally we decided to release the 1.0 version of our maven-jameica-plugin. It is quite stable and used in several plugin projects.
It is possible to build a Jameica plugin from a single maven project or to create a Jameica plugin using multiple depending maven artifacts to create different plugins depending on the configuration.
